AHA BLS Provider CPR focuses on high-quality CPR, AED use, relief of choking, and coordinated response for adult, child, and infant emergencies.
Who it is meant for
Healthcare professionals such as nurses, Emergency Medical Technicians, FireFighters, Police Officers, and other responders who need provider-level CPR, AED, and team response training.
Prerequisites
No advanced provider credential is listed as a general prerequisite, but students should select BLS Provider when their employer, school, or certification program requires healthcare-provider CPR.

Completion card
Students who complete all BLS course requirements receive an AHA BLS Provider Course Completion Card valid for two years.
